We also make sure not to retain contact numbers associated with an event after the event has ended. They are deleted in accordance with our approved data retention policy, unless there is a legitimate legal or operational reason that requires retaining them for longer.

You can control access to your contacts through your device settings. However, disabling this permission may affect your ability to use some of the features for adding guests and sending invitations.

5. Access to the Camera

The app may request permission to access your device's camera so you can use the QR code / barcode scanning feature, particularly to verify guest attendance and complete event entry procedures.

The camera is not used to record or store photos or videos for any other purpose, and it is accessed only when you use features that require it.

You can control camera access through your device settings. Note that disabling it may prevent you from using the attendance code scanning feature.

The app may request permission to send notifications to your device to keep you informed about your account and the platform's services.

Notifications may include, but are not limited to:

- Updates related to your account or your events.

You can turn off or manage notifications through your device settings. Note that disabling them may mean you do not receive some important alerts about your account or services.
