1. Acceptance

By using the Dooyof online platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You may not use the platform in any way that violates any local or international law or regulation, or that may cause harm to the platform or its other users.

4. Disclaimer

a. Content accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our platform, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. All information and services on the platform are provided "as is", without any warranties, whether express or implied.

b. Use of the platform: Your use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or losses that may result from your use of the platform or your reliance on any content or services provided through it.

c. Service continuity: We strive to keep the service running and available as much as technical conditions allow. However, the service may be subject to interruption for reasons beyond our control.

5. Accounts and Security

a. Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain features or services. The information you provide when registering must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential.

b. Security notifications: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of the Dooyof online platform or its affiliated content providers, and is protected under international and local copyright and trademark laws.

7. External Links

The platform may contain links to external websites or resources that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites or resources.

8. Privacy and Data Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and store your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your unlawful use of the platform.

10. Free Trial and Service Purchase

We offer new users a free trial so they can get to know our services. Purchasing the service after the free trial constitutes acceptance of how the service works and the quality provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. Refund Policy

- Before invitations are sent:

- 10% of the total invoice is deducted.
- The value of all services already provided to the client is deducted.

* After invitations are sent:

No refund is issued, except for paid add-on services the client has not used, from which 10% of their value is deducted.

13. Postponement Policy

An event cannot be postponed after the invitations have been sent.

If the client wishes to resend the invitations,
the event will be treated as a new event.

14. Entry Code Scanning Supervisor Policy

1. The supervisor's role is limited to organizing entry and verifying that each guest has a valid barcode and an official invitation.
2. Any verbal or physical abuse of the gate supervisor, or any attempt to force entry without permission or an invitation, is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the supervisor is not responsible for any such violation.
3. In the event of any inappropriate conduct by a guest, including attempting to enter without an official invitation or behaving abusively, the Dooyof platform reserves the right to deny that guest entry, and the guest bears full responsibility for all of their actions and their consequences.
4. We ask all guests to be cooperative and respectful, and to appreciate the role of the supervisor, whose sole purpose is to organize the event and protect its privacy.
5. No amounts paid can be refunded if this policy is breached or if there is an attempt to enter by force or without an invitation.
6. The entry supervisor's role is limited solely to scanning barcodes and verifying their validity.

15. Additional Host Policy on the Dooyof Platform

a. A request to add an additional host can be made by the main host only.
b. The additional host is not entitled to purchase additional invitations.
c. The additional host cannot cancel or deduct the invitations allocated to them.
d. The additional host does not have permission to edit the invitation text or view its details; this is restricted to the main host. The additional host is not entitled to request a trial or to modify any of the invitation details.
e. The system allows the additional host to request a custom invitation sending service (text and image) for an additional fee.
f. The additional host can add guests and companions through the platform.
g. The main host may view the additional host's statistics and guest data only, without the ability to edit or delete them.
h. The main host has no authority to control or modify the additional host's data.
i. If the additional host does not add guests within the specified period, the platform reserves the right to take appropriate action.
j. The Dooyof platform reserves the right not to provide the additional host service for any reason it deems appropriate.
k. The additional host service is available only with premium packages, with a minimum of 200 guests.
l. The main host is solely responsible for managing supervisors and controlling the barcode system.
